Shipping policy

Order Processing 

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
  • EFT Payments: Orders will be dispatched only after EFT payments have cleared.

Local Shipping 

  • Standard Shipping Rate: A flat rate of R90.00 applies to all orders under R500.00.
  • Free Shipping: Orders of R500.00 and above qualify for free shipping within local and main centers.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days, with outlying areas possibly taking slightly longer.
  • Local Pickup: Customers in Cape Town, Hout Bay, have the option to select Collection at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup from our store.

International Shipping 

  • Contact Us: For international orders, please get in touch with us to discuss shipping options and costs.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for ant cusomts, import duties, or tax imposed by their destination country. These may be payable before delivery, depending on your country's customs regulations.
