Refund policy

Products 

We process all orders once payment reflects in our bank account. Please note that EFT transfers can take up to 48 hours to clear. 

We trust that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned to us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. The condition of the returned goods will be assessed before a refund or exchange is approved. 

If your return is approved, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you post it back to us. Courier and postage fees will be for your account. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made via EFT to your bank account or via PAYFAST transfer to your credit card, excluding any original delivery fees. 

Property Bookings 

Cancellations & Refunds 

Our cancellation policies vary based on the property booked and the time of cancellation. Customers are encouraged to check specific property cancellation terms before confirming their booking. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation of cancellation. Refunds will be made via EFT to your bank account or via PAYFAST transfer to your credit card. 

Changes to Bookings 

We will accommodate the request to change the dates requested subject to availability. Any difference in rates will be applicable and must be settled before the new booking date. Changes requested less than 7 days before arrival will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with cancellation terms applied.
